Workout Schedule

Getting back in shape is like getting your finances back in shape. It takes a lot of dedication, motivation and time. I love group exercise classes and found all the classes I'd love to take. Here is my schedule of classes. They are spread across a couple different locations so I will get to pick and choose:

Along with my weekly spending recaps I will be posting my weekly workout recaps. I have found that tracking my spending has held me accountable on not spending frivolously. With working out, if I post my weekly workouts I'm thinking it will give me more motivation to go and be held accountable in case I find myself feeling like falling off the wagon again. I already know for sure that I will be taking classes on Monday, Friday and Saturday. On Tuesday-Thursday and Sunday, I will probably take 1 or 2 rest days and the rest of the days I will take a class or just go to the gym to do some running on the treadmill, elliptical, and weight machines. 

If you are in the SD area and take these classes (all at 24 hour fitness), feel free to email me so we can take some together! :)

Getting motivated to work out is the hardest thing for me. It's even harder in the winter for some reason. I definitely think that posting about it would make me stick to it.

I wish I could take classes at my gym, but I just can't being myself to do it. I'm chicken because 1) I'm uncoordinated, so I don't want to look stupid and 2) I don't have anyone who would do it with me. I don't want to go alone either. Why? Refer to #1. =P So if I was in the SD area, I'd definitely go with you!

I have a fitness blog under an anonymous alias. I keep my fitness blog separate from my PF blog and separate from my personal blog. I know it's a lot of updating, but that way I can keep those aspects separate. Let me know if you want the link. I still like reading them no matter what though, I love fitness entries. Motivates me more!!
